Trivia

D.A.R.P.A scientist Dr. Clyne constantly relies on the supporting Delta Force soldiers to keep him alive throughout the movie which is ironic considering the actor who plays him (James Badge Dale) has played military roles (coincidentally Special Forces as well). Dale played a U.S. Army Ranger in World War Z (2013), U.S. Marine PFC Robert Leckie in The Pacific (2010), and an ex-Navy SEAL security contractor in 13 Hours (2016). He also played Eric Savin in Iron Man 3 (2013) who is actually a Lieutenant-Colonel. See more »

Goofs

Several instances of character lines overdubbed. Lips do not match the lines, but even when lips are not visible the overdubs are very loud and obvious. See more »

Quotes

Fran Madison: These are from real corpses.
Clyne: Each one is made from a real person. They're alive? They're not alive. They're not dead. They're just trapped somewhere in between.

High quality movie
9 December 2016 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

It was the best low-middle ranged budget movies that I watched recently.

Casts were pretty good, but this kind of film, its speed and following more protagonists' happenings not allow them to fly. So their performances were a little bit flat. Camera department brought a high quality spectacle like an Oscar nominated film. Costumes and decoration were absolutely believable and detailed. CGI, SFX and any other FX not were cheap, they were incredibly convincing and expensive. All in all it was a visually perfect movie.

It recommended for science-fiction,thriller and action film fans.

It watchable once-twice.
