Storyline

Gonzalo Luque and his cousin both had a promising career in baseball in Cuba. Both stow away in boats for Florida hoping to touch soil before they can be turned away or caught by authorities. Gonzalo makes it to shore but alas his cousin is caught by U.S. authorities and turned back to Cuba. His cousin eventually does make it to the states. Gonzalo has left a wife and son to pursue his baseball career which is going well when he turns up dead in a field, fatally injured with a baseball bat. The team are questioning his agent, his mistress, cousin and anyone who would want to harm Gonzalo. Written by [email protected]
